Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Command Tower, a virtual tabletop platform for multiplayer trading card games, operated by Pannonia Code d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using Command Tower, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Command Tower. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account
3.1 Registration
Command Tower uses Google OAuth for authentication. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to receive your Google account identifier (subject ID). We do not request, read, or store your Google email address, real name, profile picture, or avatar URL. Your in-game display name is automatically generated.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access Command Tower. You must not share your session or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being banned.
3.4 Supporter Status
We may grant your account "Supporter" status at our discretion. Supporter status provides additional features such as access to the full in-game avatar selection, a distinct username colour shown wherever your name appears in-game, the ability to save an unlimited number of decks, higher uploaded card image storage limits, and extended replay retention. Free accounts may save up to a limited number of decks (currently 20), may store up to 50 MB of processed uploaded card images, and replay copies for free accounts expire after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy. Supporter accounts may store up to 500 MB of processed uploaded card images unless we configure a different per-account limit. Supporter benefits are primarily cosmetic or convenience-related and confer no competitive or gameplay advantage.
Supporter status may be time-limited. Where an expiry date applies, the associated benefits end automatically when it is reached. If Supporter status ends, retained replay copies may be set to expire after the post-Supporter retention period described in our Privacy Policy. We may modify, suspend, or revoke Supporter status and its benefits at any time, at our discretion.
Supporter status currently requires no payment and does not create any ongoing entitlement or guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Command Tower in a respectful and lawful manner. You must not:
- Abuse or harass other users through gameplay behavior, emote spam, or any other means
- Cheat, exploit, or manipulate the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' hidden game information
- Interfere with the service by deploying bots, scripts, or automated tools that interact with Command Tower without authorization
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, game state data, or server infrastructure details
- Impersonate another user, administrator, or representative of Pannonia Code d.o.o.
- Use the platform for illegal purposes, including but not limited to gambling, fraud, or distribution of illegal content
- Attempt to bypass bans, rate limits, or other security measures
- Deliberately disrupt games (e.g., intentionally stalling turns or repeatedly abandoning matches to grief other players)
- Abuse the feedback system by submitting spam, offensive content, or using it as a channel to harass or threaten others
- Abuse spectating or replay sharing by watching games or using shared replay links to harass, shame, impersonate, mislead, disrupt, or otherwise target other users
- Upload prohibited card images, including illegal content, sexually exploitative content, malware, hateful or harassing material, privacy-invasive material, or content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights
- Misuse reporting tools by knowingly submitting false, malicious, or spam reports
Uploaded card images can be reported and moderated. If an uploaded image appears to contain illegal content, including child sexual abuse or exploitation material, we may preserve relevant evidence and report it to the appropriate authorities or legally required reporting channels.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Command Tower Platform
All rights, title, and interest in the Command Tower platform — including its code, design, user interface, and branding — are owned by Pannonia Code d.o.o. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
5.2 Third-Party Card Game Content
Command Tower is a generic virtual tabletop. Card images, names, and game data displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party APIs (such as Scryfall) and belong to their respective rights holders. Command Tower does not claim ownership of any third-party card game intellectual property.
5.3 Feedback Submissions
Command Tower provides an anonymous feedback form. Feedback is submitted without any identifying information attached. By submitting feedback, you acknowledge that:
- Your feedback cannot be attributed to your account, and we cannot retrieve or delete individual submissions on request
- You should not include personal information in feedback messages
- We may use feedback to improve the platform without compensation or attribution
- Feedback must comply with the acceptable use rules in Section 4
5.4 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload on the platform, such as saved deck lists, personal game type definitions, custom card text, and uploaded card images. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content.
By uploading or creating user content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, transform, display, transmit, remove, and moderate that content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and enforce the service. For uploaded card images, this includes validating and re-encoding images, creating display variants, using an uploaded image either as a full card face or as artwork inside a generated custom-card frame, showing images to authorized deck owners, room participants, spectators, and replay viewers, and retaining moderation evidence when a report or legal issue requires it.
Uploaded card images are subject to storage limits. Current default limits are 50 MB of processed stored image data for regular accounts and 500 MB for Supporter accounts, unless we configure a different per-account limit. These limits may change as the service evolves.
You may manage and delete your uploaded card images. Deleting an uploaded image removes it from saved custom cards that reference it but leaves those cards otherwise intact. We may keep image records, reports, hashes, metadata, or stored objects for as long as needed if the image is involved in an active moderation, legal, safety, or takedown matter.
We may remove or disable access to uploaded content if we believe it violates these Terms, infringes rights, is illegal, creates safety risk, or is the subject of a credible report or takedown request.
5.5 Live Spectating, Game Replays, and Shared Links
Room hosts may allow or disable authenticated live spectators before a multiplayer game starts. Live spectators receive a spectator-safe view of public game information only. You must not use live spectating to harass players, disrupt games, coordinate unfair outside assistance, or attempt to obtain hidden game information. We may remove spectators, force-close rooms, or restrict spectator access when needed for safety, moderation, or service integrity.
Command Tower may automatically record completed multiplayer games. Solo practice games are not recorded. Each participant receives their own replay copy with independent retention, sharing, revocation, and deletion controls.
Replay recordings are intended to contain only spectator-safe gameplay information, such as public board state, public game log entries, public game events, cosmetic events, participant display names, avatar references, user classes, seats, and match metadata. Replays are not intended to contain hidden hand contents, hidden library contents, private search/peek/scry contents, or owner-only permission prompts.
If you enable sharing for your replay copy, we create an unlisted public link. Anyone with that link can view the replay without logging in until you revoke sharing, delete the replay copy, the copy expires, or the underlying replay payload is removed. You are responsible for deciding who receives a shared replay link. Do not share replay links in a way that violates these Terms or another participant's reasonable privacy or safety interests.
We may delete replay copies according to retention rules, storage limits, account deletion, moderation needs, or service maintenance. We may also trim cosmetic replay events first when necessary to keep replay payloads within configured storage limits.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
6.1 Our Rights
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Ban or suspend accounts that violate these Terms
- Force-close game rooms that are being used in violation of these Terms
- Remove spectators or restrict spectating when it is abused or creates privacy, safety, or integrity risks
- Remove or modify user-created content (such as deck lists, personal game type definitions, or display names)
- Remove, disable, restore, or retain evidence about uploaded card images when needed for moderation, safety, legal compliance, or takedown handling
- Review uploaded image reports, including the reported image, uploader and reporter account identifiers, upload/report IP address and user-agent metadata, image hashes, file metadata, and moderation history
- Report apparent illegal content to appropriate authorities or legally required reporting channels
- Revoke shared replay links or delete replay copies when they violate these Terms, expose abuse, or create safety or privacy risks
- Restrict access to any part of the service
6.2 Ban Process
When an account is banned, we record the date and reason for the ban. Banned users are prevented from joining games but may still exercise their data protection rights (see our Privacy Policy). If a banned account is deleted, we may retain a keyed hash of the login identity, provider, ban dates, and ban reason to prevent ban evasion until an administrator removes the retained ban.
6.3 Appeals
If you believe your ban was issued in error, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a review. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Service Availability
7.1 No Guarantee
Command Tower is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
7.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily makes the service unavailable. When possible, we will provide advance notice through in-game announcements.
7.3 Game State and Replays
While we make reasonable efforts to preserve active game states (including reconnection support) and retained replay copies, we do not guarantee that game progress or replay recordings will be saved in the event of server outages, crashes, maintenance, storage limits, or software errors. Replay availability is also subject to the retention, deletion, and sharing rules described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Command Tower is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2 Third-Party Content
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party card data displayed on the platform. Card rules, images, and metadata are provided by external sources and may contain errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Pannonia Code d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Command Tower.
- Pannonia Code d.o.o. shall not be liable for any loss of data, game progress, or saved content.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed €100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
10. Privacy
Your use of Command Tower is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Command Tower, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may stop using Command Tower at any time. You may delete your account from the app settings or request deletion by contacting us, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to Command Tower at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon account termination or deletion:
- Your saved decks will be deleted
- Your loaded room deck data will be deleted
- Your personal game type definitions will be deleted
- Your uploaded card images will be removed unless temporarily retained for an active moderation, legal, or takedown case; references in saved decks and active snapshots may be scrubbed or made unavailable
- Your active rooms may be abandoned and active game snapshots deleted
- Your own replay copies and shared replay links will be deleted
- Replays retained by other participants may remain, but your user reference, display name, avatar, and user class will be scrubbed or replaced as described in our Privacy Policy
- Your match and room history may be retained for platform statistics only after account/profile data is anonymized
- Historical deck snapshots attached to your match records will be cleared
- If your account was banned, a separate retained ban record may keep a keyed hash of your login identity, provider, ban dates, and ban reason for ban enforcement until an administrator removes it
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Command Tower after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a material change significantly affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through in-game announcements.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
13.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Command Tower shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Croatia.
13.3 EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. You may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pannonia Code d.o.o. regarding your use of Command Tower.
